Travis Addair has a wealth of experience in software engineering and development. In 2021, they became Co-Founder and CTO of Predibase, the world's first declarative machine learning platform. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Uber as a Senior Software Engineer II and Tech Lead Manager for the Deep Learning Training team in Seattle, and as a Senior Software Engineer on the Deep Learning team, developing the platform Uber's data scientists and machine learning researchers use to train deep neural networks at scale. From 2016 to 2015, they worked at Super Evil Megacorp as a Senior Software Engineer for AI, and from 2015 to 2013, they worked at Storm8 as a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. From 2013 to 2012, they worked at Google as a Software Engineer, and from 2012 to 2008, they worked at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory as a Software Developer. Finally, from 2005 to 2007, they worked at AddairWare LLC as a Game Programmer.

Travis Addair obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science and Mathematics (minor) from Northern Arizona University between 2007 and 2011. Travis then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Stanford University between 2015 and 2018.
