Chao Dai is a Senior Scientist at Predicine Inc since May 2019, with a strong background in computational biology and chromatin interactions. Previously, Chao served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University from March 2016 to May 2019, leading a project focused on ranking transcription factors' importance in chromatin interactions and specializing in differential chromatin conformation capture analysis. Prior to that, from June 2013 to February 2016, Chao was a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Southern California, where expertise in tensor-based integrative graph mining and the development of customized ChIP-seq/RNA-seq pipelines was demonstrated. Chao earned a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from the University of Southern California in 2013 and holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Computational Biology and Computer Science, respectively, from Wuhan University.
