Carlos is also the Co-Founder and Compliance Director at the Association of Industry Analytics since July 2019, and the Co-Founder of ATD Partners LLC since January 2018. Carlos studied Advertising at The University of Texas at Austin from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising Media.
