Jeff Booher

Jeff Booher has a diverse work experience that spans over several years and industries. Jeff started their career in 1993 as a Russian Linguist in the United States Army's Military Intelligence. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as a Systems Engineer at EXE Technologies, where they developed and implemented supply-chain management software solutions and received an award for exceptional performance.

In 1998, Jeff joined Booher Consultants, an international consulting firm, as a Vice President and General Manager. Jeff was responsible for strategic decision-making, managing day-to-day activities, and achieved significant growth in training and consulting revenue.

In 2005, Jeff founded Predictive Fitness, Inc (PFI), a technology company that uses big data and analytics to transform fitness data into actionable intelligence. PFI's core technology, nSight, is based on ongoing research and development since 2005.

From 2005 to 2011, Jeff also held the position of Vice President at Brightspot Incentives & Events, where they contributed to the organization's success.

In 2011, they became Vice President and General Manager at Symbolist, a performance improvement and recognition agency, where they were responsible for all operations and worked with various corporate clients.

In 2013, Jeff became the CEO of Booher Consultants, where they continued to deliver consulting and training services for business communication and productivity. Jeff served as CEO until 2017 before moving on to new opportunities.

Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated leadership, strategic decision-making, and a track record of achieving growth and success in various industries.

Jeff Booher obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Analysis - Management of Information Systems from Texas A&M University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including being a USA Track & Field Certified Coach - Level I from USA Track & Field in February 2010, an Incentive Professional from the Incentive Marketing Association in January 2008, a USA Cycling Certified Coach - Level III from USA Cycling in December 2006, and a USA Triathlon Certified Coach - Level II from USA Triathlon in May 2005.
