Karen Passmore

Karen Passmore is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in ethical AI and data science innovation as the CEO of Predictive UX since January 2011. Passmore founded PEACHLY to foster community connections among creatives and entrepreneurs from January 2019 to January 2020. Previous roles include co-founding Revolution Rock Music Studio, LLC, and serving as Chief of Staff at Fannie Mae, where critical budget and performance reports were developed for a significant enterprise initiative. Passmore also contributed as IT PMO Lead at Corporate Executive Board and held business development and project management positions at DPM Technologies and Merlin International. Early career experience includes roles at Nextel and The Institute for Genomic Research, along with running a consultancy named cre8ivesol.
