Michał Mikołajczak

Micha Roon serves as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, focusing on supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape by making processes more dynamic and reliable. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha led technological advancements and decentralized infrastructure efforts. Micha has also contributed to various organizations as a Foundation Board member at Share&Charge, an advisory board member for the IIB Council, and as an advisor and developer for companies like PioneerVentures.io and Sweetbridge, respectively. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has furthered education in fintech and project management.
