Alexandra Smeeden has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alexandra started their career in 2009 as a Reporter at Sveriges Radio, and later worked as a Reporter at the same company in 2010. In 2010, they also worked as an Online Content Coordinator & Marketing Coordinator at Viaplay. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a TV Scheduler at SBS Broadcasting. Alexandra then joined The Walt Disney Company in 2013 and held roles such as TV Scheduler, Social Media Communications Supervisor, and Nordic Social Media Strategist until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as the responsible person for social media at Swedavia AB. Currently, they are serving as a Social Media Manager at Preem AB, starting from September 2019.

Alexandra further expanded their expertise in 2022 by completing a program in Crisis Communication at Myndigheten för samhällsskydd och beredskap (MSB). Additionally, in April 2022, they obtained an Effektcertifiering certification from Sveriges Annonsörer.
