Sebastiao Lima Neto

Sebastiao Lima Neto is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and management, currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of Dynamik4 US since August 2023. Sebastiao has held multiple leadership roles, including General Manager and Studio Director at Prefab Logic, LLC, and CEO and Founder at Dynamik4. An extensive background includes positions as Studio Principal at LINK STUDIOS and Civil Engineer, BIM Manager at Plenitude Empreendimentos. Sebastiao began a career as a BIM Modeler at ENGR Projects and has also completed a student internship at SoluTEC Engenharia de Estruturas Ltda. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Idaho and specializations in BIM from PUC Minas as well as Construction Project Management from Columbia University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from PUC Minas.
