Alfred Tse has a diverse work experience in the field of education and technology. Alfred started their career in 2013 as an Adjunct Lecturer at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The University of Hong Kong, where they taught philosophy and conducted research in various areas. In 2013, they also joined Prologue Limited as an Education Director, responsible for overseeing the production of online tutoring education courses and implementing innovative learning strategies.

In 2015, Alfred joined Preface, a Global Tech-Enabling Company, where they held multiple roles over the years. As the Director of AI & Curriculum, they focused on developing and implementing AI-powered curriculum for personalized learning. Later, as the Director of AI & Data, Alfred played a key role in deploying AI models for customized learning and establishing a data-driven decision-making culture within Preface. Currently, they serve as the Education Director and Director of Business Relations at Preface, contributing to the company's mission of empowering individuals, schools, and corporates in the era of Web 3.0.

Alfred Tse holds a degree in Philosophy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In 2004, they obtained a Registered Teacher certification from the Education Bureau, HKSAR. Additionally, in 2015 and 2017, they became a Certificated Practitioner through the American Philosophical Practitioners Association (APPA) and the Hong Kong Philosophical Practitioners Association, respectively.
