Lisa Domm

Lisa Domm is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Services for PAC and has over 20 years of combined experience in multifamily and student housing management. She joined PAC in 2016 and leads the talented teams who execute strategy on marketing, resident experience, due diligence, training, and software support.

Lisa began her career as a part-time leasing agent while in college and progressed steadily through the ranks of on-site management until moving into a training role for a student housing management firm. Since that time she has held roles including Training Director, Regional Director, Director of Operations, Marketing Director, and Vice President of Strategic Business Services. Along the way, she has become a regular panelist at the National Apartment Association’s annual Apartmentalize conference sharing industry knowledge and experience.
