Dora Lau

Dora Lau has a strong background in the banking industry with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Dora started their career at Bank of the West as a Financial Service Consultant, where they excelled in sales and customer service. Dora then moved on to Citibank, where they served as a Division Manager, providing operational and management leadership to multiple financial centers. At Wells Fargo Bank, they gained experience as an Assistant Branch Manager, where they focused on team organization and creating a positive work environment. Dora then joined East West Bank, where they held multiple roles including Deputy Director of Private Client Services and Team Manager of Premier Client Services. In these roles, they were responsible for building and deepening client relationships, managing teams, and training employees. Currently, Dora works at Preferred Bank as a Relationship Manager, where they acquire and cultivates long-lasting relationships with high net worth clients, meets and exceeds sales goals, and presents new lending opportunities. Throughout their career, Dora has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, team management, and sales skills.

Dora Lau pursued their education at the University of Hertfordshire from 1979 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences. Later, they attended the University of London from 1988 to 1989, focusing on law and obtaining a Master of Laws degree.
