John Wong

John Wong has extensive experience in the banking industry, with specific expertise in core banking, product development, and treasury management. John started their career at Fiserv as an IP Supervisor II, responsible for managing the Statement Department and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. John then joined East West Bank as a TMS Senior Service Lead, where they oversaw daily operations, identified improvement opportunities, and provided training to associates. Currently, John holds the position of Vice President at Preferred Bank, where they manage special projects and the entire product line life cycle, including strategic planning and go-to-market execution. Overall, John has a strong track record of leadership, problem-solving, and achieving operational goals.
