Ditte Steffensen

Ditte Steffensen is a Senior Timber Legality Specialist at NEPCon, Preferred by Nature, with extensive expertise in the legality of timber supply chains, including the development and maintenance of country-specific Timber Legality Risk Assessments. Previous roles include serving as a high school teacher in geography at Øregård Gymnasium and as a seminar coordinator at NEPCon. Ditte has also volunteered with Verdens Skove, focusing on climate advocacy and timber legality, and held board membership at the World Wide Fund for Nature. Education includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Copenhagen.
