Saúl Blanco Sosa

Saúl Blanco Sosa serves as the Director of the Sustainable Travel Programme at Preferred by Nature since October 2018, where responsibilities include leading strategy and execution of sustainable travel initiatives and aligning regional services with global sustainability standards. Prior experience includes various roles at Rainforest Alliance from August 2013 to November 2018, culminating in the position of Sustainable Tourism Services Manager, alongside serving as a Staff Elected Board Member and Sustainable Tourism Specialist II. Saúl holds a Licenciatura in Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, completed in 2006.
