Melissa Difronzo has extensive experience in senior home care, currently serving as a Care Coordinator at Preferred Care at Home since June 2011, where Melissa manages the delivery of customized and professional non-medical services for elderly clients. Previously, Melissa worked as a Caseworker at the Department of Human Services, handling case management and service plan updates, and as a Caregiver at multiple organizations including Attendant Care Companies and Signature Home Care, where Melissa provided essential daily living assistance to seniors. Melissa also gained administrative experience as an Office Intern with the Macomb County Community Services Agency. Melissa holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Human Services from Baker College.
