Steve Windfeldt

Steve Windfeldt has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Steve started their career as a Consultant at Venture Allies in 2002 and worked there until 2004. In 2006, they joined 3M as a Senior Business Development Analyst and stayed there until 2008. Steve then joined Preferred Credit, Inc. in 2008, where they worked as the Director of Risk Management until 2012. From 2013 onwards, they held the position of Executive Vice President at the same company.

Steve Windfeldt completed their primary education at Colgate University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and History from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they pursued further studies at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2004 to 2006, obtaining an MBA degree with a specialization in Strategy. In November 2020, Steve gained certification from the Anderson Center Executive Forum.
