Eva Rubin

Eva Rubin is an experienced medical doctor specializing in pulmonary and critical care, currently serving at St Francis Health Care System since November 2017 and with Preferred Health Partners since September 2012. Previously, Eva Rubin completed a fellowship at St Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital from July 2009 to June 2012 and a residency at Lincoln Medical Center from July 2006 to June 2009. Eva Rubin earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov between 1994 and 2001.
