Theresa Jones

Theresa Jones serves as the First Female President of the Nevada Society of Professional Investigators (NSPI) since December 2022, focusing on preserving the rights of investigators in Nevada and monitoring relevant legislation. Additionally, Theresa is the Owner and CEO/Founder of Preferred Investigation, LLC, which emphasizes high service standards to ensure long-term success in a competitive market. Prior to these roles, Theresa was the Vice President of Global Intelligence Network/QSI Specialists from November 2002 to April 2015, where responsibilities included managing the mystery shopping division and overseeing staff and operations related to customer service evaluations.
