Heather Wilson

Heather Wilson has a strong background in account management and business development. Heather currently works as a Senior Account Manager at Preferred Medical, where they serve the post-acute, long-term care, and retail pharmacy markets. In this role, Heather is responsible for maximizing product sales and providing excellent customer service. Prior to joining Preferred Medical, Heather worked at Wolf Medical Supply, Inc. (now Preferred Medical) as a Sr. Account Manager, where they promoted national IV and infusion supply products and worked closely with medical clients. Before that, they worked at MDLIVE, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager and Client Services Manager, where they managed member employer group accounts and implemented marketing strategies to increase product utilization rates. Heather also has experience as a Business Development Specialist at BenefitMall, where they managed channel partnerships and developed marketing plans. Heather began their career at News-Press & Gazette Company as a Senior Account Executive, where they were a top revenue producer and promoted nursing publications to various clients. Overall, Heather has a diverse range of experience in sales, marketing, and account management.

Heather Wilson completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a marketing concentration from Baker University in 2007-2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in General Business from the University of Michigan-Flint, which they completed in 1992.

Additionally, Heather Wilson obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in May 2023.
