Toru Matsuoka

Toru Matsuoka is an accomplished engineer with a comprehensive background in software development, specializing in deep learning at Preferred Networks, Inc. since September 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a programmer at DeNA, where contributions were made to the development of the mobile game "Sentama," as well as stints in technical artistry and tool programming at Digital Frontier Inc. and CAD/CAM programming at C&G Systems. Matsuoka's freelance experience further showcases versatility in programming since April 2016. Academically, Matsuoka holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Takushoku University, earned between 1998 and 2004.
