Terry Kilpatrick is an experienced professional in loss prevention and housing inspection with a strong background in business development and technical writing. Currently serving as a Loss Prevention Inspector at Preferred Reports, LLC since February 2022, Terry previously held roles at NEOTECH Solutions focusing on product development and project management for inspection mobile platforms. At OHDi, responsibilities included ensuring compliance with HUD housing standards through detailed inspections. As Housing Choice Voucher Coordinator at the Opp Housing Authority, Terry managed the Housing Choice Voucher Program, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations. Prior experience includes business development and contract writing roles at Hammer LGC, Inc., as well as teaching writing and literature as an Adjunct Instructor at both Faulkner State Community College and the University of South Alabama. Terry holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of South Alabama and a Bachelor’s degree in English with a Writing Emphasis from Troy University.
