Tom LeGros, MS, ARM has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Tom started their career at Crescent City Loss Inc. in 1999, where they worked as a Loss Control Consultant, providing loss control surveys, safety evaluations, and training to various insurance industry clients. In 2012, they joined York Risk Services Group as a National Account Executive, overseeing the operations of the "Site" team for nationwide insurance inspections. Since 2014, Tom has been with Preferred Reports, LLC, initially serving as an Operations Manager and later being promoted to Vice President and currently Executive Vice President. In their current role, they are responsible for overall company operations, working closely with a team of experienced managers and field consultants to provide nationwide insurance loss control inspections and risk management consultation to insurance affiliates and businesses across various sectors.

Furthermore, they have completed multiple certification courses on various topics such as Systems Thinking, Fast Easy Cover Design, Marketing Virtual Events, Microsoft Power Automate: Beyond the Basics, Storytelling for Advertising Campaigns, Typography: Choosing and Combining Typefaces, and Typography: Working with Grids. Tom also completed a Contact Tracing course offered by Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Lastly, Tom holds an ACA- Accredited Claims Adjuster certification from the University of Central Florida, although the details of its completion are not provided.
