Joe Medica has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joe has held various technical and management positions throughout their career. Joe's most recent role is as the Director of Information Technology at Preferred Warranties Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing the IT department, managing the annual IT budget, and defining project needs aligned with the company's vision. Prior to this, Joe served as the President of Athletics In Motion, Inc., a multi-sport facility. Joe also worked as a Senior Business System Analyst at First Citizens Bank and held multiple positions at Geisinger Health Plan, including Lead Solution Delivery Analyst and Program Director. Joe has experience in IT management, project management, business analysis, and web development. Joe has worked on various projects, including website redesigns, eCommerce enablement, and system implementation. Joe has a strong background in agile project management, application development (including .NET, JavaScript, C++, and Visual Basic), systems engineering, and IT process development. Overall, they bring extensive expertise in IT leadership, strategic insight, and technical problem-solving to their roles.

Joe Medica received their high school diploma from Mainland Regional in the years 1984 to 1988. Following this, they attended Rutgers University from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Classics.
