John “Jt” Santone

John Long is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in IT support and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Berlin Packaging since October 2023, John previously held positions including Systems Engineer at Vital Proteins, where John facilitated the successful migration of infrastructure after its acquisition by Nestle Health Science. John’s background also includes roles as an IT Analyst at Mechdyne Corporation, where expert technical support was provided, and Integration Lead Tech at Zones, Inc., managing hardware and software provisioning. Early career experiences include project design at W-T Engineering, specializing in wireless communication plans, and an internship in web design and help desk support at Severity Design. John is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Arizona State University, building on an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Elgin Community College.
