The Engineering Team at Preformed Line Products (PLP) is responsible for the design, development, and improvement of high-quality cable anchoring systems and related hardware. This multidisciplinary team works on innovating fiber optic and copper splice closures, as well as high-speed cross-connect devices, ensuring product reliability, sustainability, and adherence to global industry standards. The team collaborates closely with research and development, application engineering, quality assurance, and substation markets to deliver cutting-edge solutions and maintain PLP’s leadership in the industry.
