Sally Axell

Sally Axell, an Associate member of CIPD, serves as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at ASL Technical since July 2023, focusing on innovative talent acquisition strategies. Concurrently, since October 2022, Sally has contributed as a Peer Supporter for Pregnancy Sickness Support, dedicated to enhancing care and support for women suffering from nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Previously, Sally held various roles at Expleo Group from March 2011 to July 2023, progressing from Recruitment Consultant to Team Leader and Account Manager, and most recently transitioning to Automotive Projects Business Coordinator. Early career experiences include roles at Pertemps, Tate Recruitment, The National Lottery Community Fund, and data entry work at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, supplemented by a CIPD Foundation Diploma in Human Resources Practice obtained in 2021.
