Doru Belu

Doru Belu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management across several prominent companies. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Preh Group since November 2019, Doru has previously held roles including Plant Manager at HELLA, Managing Director at Honeywell, and Operations Development Manager at Nokia. Doru's earlier career includes positions as Opex Manager and Industrial Engineer at Flex, as well as a role in debugging at Solectron. Doru holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Universitatea Politehnica din Timişoara, completed in 2002, with a strong focus on engineering, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence.
