Harald Bayer

Harald Bayer is an experienced professional in financial controlling and project management, currently serving as the Department Head of Project Calculation at Preh Group since December 2016. In this role, Harald leads a global team, oversees product cost calculations, and establishes group-wide standards for project profitability analysis. Previously, Harald held positions such as Product Cost Controller at Preh Group, Controller Investments at Brose Group, and Controller Operations at Siemens, where responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Earlier experience encompasses tutoring at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and internships at Deloitte and Rödl & Partner. Harald holds a Master of Science in Finance, Auditing, Controlling and Taxation from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, complemented by studies at San Diego State University.
