Alberto Laratta

Alberto Laratta is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of UTP MInd (Micro enterprises & Individuals) Portfolio and previously as the Head of UTP Operations Development at Prelios since May 2022. With a strong background in managing complex projects for top Italian banks and insurance companies as a Senior Manager at Bain & Company from 2015 to 2022, Alberto has successfully led initiatives in strategy definition, transformation programs, and credit management. Prior roles include Managing Consultant at Capgemini, Senior Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners, Quantitative Analyst at Enoi S.p.A., and IT Consultant at Altran, contributing to a diverse skill set in financial analysis, operational improvement, and technology implementation. Alberto holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has furthered education through various programs, including ERASMUS at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
