Lydia Hoo

Lydia Hoo is the current Human Resources Manager at Prellis Biologics. Lydia has been in this position since October 2015. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Amunix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from October 2015 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining employee personnel files, administering employee benefits, conducting annual benefits open enrollment meetings, managing the company's leave of absence process, and being the primary contact for all employee-related HR issues. Lydia has also worked with hiring managers in the recruitment of new talent and is the primary contact for TriNet (PEO), Fidelity Investments, and all employee-related HR issues and concerns.
