Jenny Fleiss

Jenny Fleiss is an advisor at Prelude Growth Partners, a position they have held since 2019. Fleiss has an extensive background in the retail industry, having co-founded Rent the Runway, a clothing rental company, in 2007. Jenny also served as the founder and CEO of Carter Admissions, a college admissions consulting company, from 2007 to 2008. In 2015, they co-founded Jetblack, a personal shopping concierge service that was acquired by Walmart in 2020.

Ms. Fleiss attended Yale University for their BA in Political Science and later attended Harvard Business School for their MBA.
