Jesse Knapel

Jesse Knapel, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Prelude Growth Partners since July 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President (Controller) at MidOcean Partners from August 2018 to July 2024, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of accounting, operations, and performance for Private Equity funds. Jesse also worked as a Middle Office Accountant at Man Group, managing accounting and operations for multiple funds with over $6 billion in aggregate AUM. Earlier roles include a Business Advisory Services Associate II at Grant Thornton LLP, and internship positions at Deloitte, Benjamin Moore & Co. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University and attended Anglo-American University in Prague.
