Elaina McDermitt has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving at Prelude Services in a Service Desk role since May 2016. Previously, Elaina worked at Foot Locker as an IT Helpdesk Level 2 from October 2003 to May 2016, where responsibilities included troubleshooting hardware and software issues for store registers and overseeing closing procedures and supplies. Elaina is a graduate of Central Dauphin High, holding a High School Diploma with a college preparatory focus, completed in 1999.
