Prelude Therapeutics
Amy Crossan, Ph.D., is a Principal Scientist at Prelude Therapeutics, having held the positions of Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist since November 2021. Prior experience includes being a Sr. Biochemist at Siemens Healthineers from June 2017 to November 2021 and a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the University of Delaware from July 2012 to August 2017, focusing on the biochemical mechanisms of the innate immune system, particularly the recognition of bacterial cell wall fragments. Earlier roles included long-term substitute teaching and research assistance at Ursinus College, and teaching chemistry and physical science at North Penn School District. Amy holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a Secondary Education Certification from Ursinus College.
