Rebecca McCall

Rebecca McCall, CPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of HR at Prelude since October 2023. Previously, McCall held various positions at Tegus, including Manager of HR Business Partnering and HR Business Partner, following the acquisition of Canalyst. Prior to that, McCall worked as an HR Business Partner at Canalyst and as a Junior HR Business Partner at Shutterstock, where key responsibilities included coaching managers on HR policies and creating global HR processes for EMEA and APAC regions. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Specialist at Fatigue Science, covering HR operations during a maternity leave, and as an HR Coordinator focused on recruitment and employee relations. McCall holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from BCIT School of Business + Media and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia, with further education from Université de Montréal.
