Christy Pearce

Christy Pearce is an experienced professional in Organizational Change Management, currently serving as Manager of Organizational Change Management at Premera Blue Cross since November 2018, where Christy leads large-scale implementations and trains employees on AIM Change Management methodology. Prior to that, Christy worked as a Change Management Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison, focusing on a Workday systems implementation, and held management roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2009 to June 2018, overseeing business readiness programs and leading change management efforts for multiple system implementations. Christy's earlier experience includes managing training projects as Learning Process Manager and National Training Manager at Safeco Insurance, achieving high training satisfaction rates and improving employee development initiatives. Christy holds a BS in Marketing and Management from Portland State University.
