David Ratliff

David Ratliff, CFA, currently serves as Vice President of Treasury and Investments at Premera Blue Cross, a position held since September 2014. Prior roles include Director of Investments and Treasury at the same company, and Investments Manager and Strategic Investments Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama from October 2011 to September 2014. David Ratliff has also worked in research and trading at Doucet Asset Management LLC and as a Financial Advisor at UBS. Early career experience includes serving as General Manager at Aircraft Service International Group, Inc. and as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. David Ratliff holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a B.A. in Aeronautics and Mathematics from Miami University.
