Jennifer Hoppins

Jennifer Hoppins is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in provider strategy and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Provider Strategy and Solutions at Premera Blue Cross since August 2023, Jennifer focuses on team development, strategic partnerships, and improving service delivery in the Alaska and Washington markets. In addition, Jennifer is a Principal Consultant at Redefine Consulting, LLC, where expertise is utilized to build alliances and elevate leadership within healthcare payor and provider systems. Previous roles include Vice President of Provider Service Operations and Client Services, and Director of Provider Operations at Blue Cross of Idaho, as well as Director of Revenue Cycle at St. Luke's Health System. Jennifer's career began at ST Alphonse Regional Medical Center Inc. as an Area Clinic Administrator. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Northwest Nazarene University.
