John Hauser

John Hauser has over two decades of experience in analytics, reporting, and project management, currently serving as the Director of Analytics and Reporting at Premera Blue Cross since May 2006. In this role, John has built and managed a team focused on delivering innovative tools and insights to enhance healthcare access and customer satisfaction. Key achievements include implementing an enterprise data science platform, leading a data visualization initiative, and deploying advanced data science methodologies to improve operational efficiency. Prior to this, John held various managerial positions within Premera, including overseeing the Calypso Shared Services Group and IT Project Management Team. Earlier career experience includes serving as Operations Manager at WASSER Studios and Project Manager at Fluke Corporation. John attended Central Washington University from 1989 to 1991.
