Najma Dahir

Najma Dahir, CHC, currently serves as an Internal Consultant III focusing on Health Equity at Premera Blue Cross since April 2022. Previously, Najma held the position of Educator Consultant III at King County, WA, from August 2020 to June 2022, managing federal grants and contracts while developing and implementing projects. At Hennepin County from July 2017 to August 2020, Najma worked as a Senior Planning Analyst for the Community Works Lead Program, emphasizing childhood lead poisoning prevention and data analysis on screening trends. Najma also contributed as a Regional Coordinator during the role at the Minnesota Immunizations Information Connection, supporting immunization efforts across seven counties. Early career experience includes serving as a Patient Service Representative at the Community-University Health Care Center while leading training initiatives. Najma is pursuing a Master of Public Health with a focus on Maternal and Child Health at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.
