Kya Anderson has a diverse career background, currently serving as a Volunteer with The Bitty Kitty Brigade since April 2019. At Premia Relocation Mortgage, Kya has held various roles since April 2012, including Operations Trainer and Recruiter, where responsibilities involve coordinating with senior management to establish and adjust recruitment and training plans. Kya also served as an Operations Specialist - Team Lead, effectively leading a team of over 10 members to enhance productivity and client satisfaction. Additionally, Kya worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor, ensuring clear communication with clients and collaboration with underwriting staff to meet all requirements throughout the loan process.
