Haley Walleser

Haley Walleser is an accomplished Tour Operations Manager at Premier Alaska Tours, Inc. since January 2018, with extensive experience as a Tour Director, Tour Manager, and Tour Guide since February 2011 covering diverse destinations including Germany, Italy, Austria, Peru, Alaska, California, and Arizona. Previous roles include serving as a Tour Director at Premier Alaska Tours from May 2013 to June 2020 and as an Account Manager for International Tour Guide Service from November 2015 to July 2018, where connections were made between top tour operators and ITMI graduates. Haley also managed Alaska's Capital Inn and operated as a Driver Guide for Alaska Coach Tours, developing strong customer service and operational skills within the tourism industry. Early experience includes working at Walt Disney World Resort in animation and ride operations. Haley holds a BA in Cinema and Media Culture from the University of Minnesota and a certification as a Tour Director from the International Tour Management Institute.
