Gerardo Palos

Gerardo Palos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Contact Center Digital Channels Manager II at Premier America Credit Union since February 2019, Gerardo previously held the position of Assistant Manager in the same contact center. Prior to this, Gerardo worked at Urban Fulfillment Services LLC as a Loan Processor and Home Service Specialist from September 2016 to October 2022. Gerardo's career also includes significant roles at Urban Lending Solutions and Bank of America, where responsibilities included managing teams in mortgage servicing and training over 200 new hires. Gerardo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from California State University, Northridge.
