With more than a decade of experience in sales, customer service, and sports operations, Denzel brings a unique blend of relationship-building and business acumen to his work.
Before joining Premier, Denzel built a career with several major sports organizations, including the Arizona Cardinals (Community Relations), Tennessee Titans (Stadium Operations & Fan Engagement), and the Nashville Predators (Event Coordination). These experiences shaped his deep understanding of both the athlete and fan perspective, fueling his ability to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate on and off the field.
Denzel also oversees partnerships with national and local brands ranging from McDonald’s, Dr. Squatch, Groupon, and Hyperice to grassroots community organizations, ensuring athletes maximize opportunities to grow their personal brands while giving back to their communities.
He holds an MBA in Sports Management & Marketing from Grand Canyon University, combining academic expertise with practical industry experience to help athletes position themselves for long-term success.
