Natalie Ruzgis is a seasoned professional in the beauty industry, currently serving as the Cofounder of Thrive Hair Collective since December 2017, where a unified group of hair stylists is dedicated to their craft. Simultaneously, Natalie holds the position of Master Educator & Artist for HotHeads Hair Extensions at Beauty Industry Group Miami, conducting both virtual and in-person certification sessions while creating brand content for various social media platforms. With experience as an Educator at Premier Beauty Supply and previous roles as Style Director/Stylist/Extension Specialist at Red 7 Salon, Natalie has cultivated a diverse skill set in hair styling and education. An educational background includes a B.A in Mass Communications with a specialization in Journalism & Broadcast Journalism from Lynn University, along with completed cosmetology training at Pivot Point Beauty School.
