Frank Bulk has a diverse work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Frank started their career as a Systems Analyst at Aruba Digital Systems N.V., where they installed, supported, and troubleshooted network servers. Frank then moved on to Dordt College as a Network Administrator, where they supported and maintained a large network infrastructure and tested new technology tools and software. Following this, they worked at Network Computing Magazine as a Contributing Editor, contributing to the publication for five years. Finally, Frank joined Premier Communications, first as a Technology and Product Development Manager, analyzing market trends and developing telecommunication solutions. Frank then became the CTO, responsible for leading the technology and strategy of the company.
Frank Bulk completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at Dordt University from 1993 to 1997. Later on, they pursued their Masters degree in Telecommunications and Network Management at Syracuse University, which they successfully obtained from 2003 to 2005.
