Nila Johnson is an experienced Agricultural Technology Specialist at Premier Companies, with a background in agricultural research and public relations. Since January 2019, Nila has contributed expertise in agricultural technology, building on previous roles as an Independent Contractor at Direct Contact, Inc., and as a Library Assistant at Purdue University's Black Cultural Center, where facilitation of a supportive study environment and advocacy for the cultural community were key responsibilities. Nila's research experience includes internships at Beck's Hybrids and Purdue University, focusing on data collection and soil sampling across several states. Nila also has experience in public relations with the Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance and ticketing at Kentucky Speedway. Nila holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Agronomy and Crop Science and Political Science and Government from Purdue University.
