Mary Kohanski

Mary Kohanski has over 20 years of experience in human resources, working in various roles and organizations. Mary is currently the Director of Human Resources & Strategic Planning at Premier Diagnostic Services, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Franciscan Children's for four years. Mary also worked as an HR Director at South County Health and as a Senior HR Consultant at Leaders For Today. Mary held leadership positions at Steward Health Care and Rutland Regional Medical Center, where they were responsible for overseeing HR operations and leading a team. Mary also worked as the Vice President of HR and Director of HR at iCare Management, focusing on employee and labor relations. Mary has extensive experience in managing HR functions, improving employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and implementing HRIS systems.

Mary Kohanski obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Providence College. Mary later pursued a Master's degree in Management Organization from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2006. In addition to their formal education, Mary also holds various certifications, including being an Achieve Global Trainer for Leadership & Customer Service and a Crucial Conversations Trainer. Mary obtained a Certificate in HR Strategic Practices from Cornell University, as well as certifications in Financial Management and Strategic HR Practices from Cornell University ILR School. Mary is also recognized as a Diplomate by the National Association of Physician Recruiters.
