Matthew Brimberry, MD, HMDC, FAAHPM serves as the Medical Director at Texas Cannabis Clinic, delivering palliative care to patients through a telemedicine platform and facilitating access to medicinal cannabis for various life-limiting conditions. Holding positions as Medical Director of Palliative Care at Austin Geriatric Specialists and Medical Director at several hospice organizations, including Rainier Hospice and Standards Hospice, Matthew Brimberry is recognized as a Certified Hospice Medical Director and a Fellow of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from UT Health San Antonio and a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from the University of Arkansas. Prior involvement includes serving on the Medical Advisory Board of Texas Original and working with multiple hospice and family practice organizations since 2011.
