Clarisse Fraisse

Clarisse Fraisse is an accomplished professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Innovation Controller for New Categories at Premier Foods since July 2025. With extensive experience in marketing and brand management, Fraisse led the ZENB brand at Mizkan Euro Ltd from October 2019 to February 2025 and has held various roles concentrating on growth strategies and innovative product development for brands like OSU and Gü Puds. Previous positions include roles at Kerry and Ecotone, where Fraisse managed significant brands and contributed to successful new product launches. Fraisse holds a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield University and has completed multiple advanced education programs, including a Mini MBA in Brand Management.
